As heavy and powerful as Confessions by Saint Augustine is, it is such a good book. I keep finding myself saying, "yes!" or "i never thought of that..." it really makes you think. he quotes from the Bible a ton - especially psalms. his writing actually kind of reminds me of the psalms. soul food! i don't have much time to post the rest of my thoughts so i'll keep it short and sweet! just wanted to share this :)
